Dehydration is a dangerous loss of water or fluid in the body that could be caused by heat, excessive activity, insufficient fluid consumption, excessive sweating, or medication side effects.

It’s natural to drink water after heavy duty to avoid dehydration. Sweating is one major cause of water loss in the body. The body tends to need more water during summer or the dry season than during winter.

  • In a way, it may also help to relieve pain and contractions in the stomach. Making sure your body is properly hydrated before bed would definitely give you a peaceful night.

Is there any harm in not drinking water at night?

Drinking water at night may be a personal decision. Of course, it’s harmless if you don’t drink water at night.
