Eating yogurt enriched with lactobacillus probiotics along with taking an antibiotic might help to get rid of bacterial vaginal infections faster than taking the antibiotic alone. Reduce your sugar intake and boost your water intake. Hydration helps, especially when menstruating. Water intake also boosts skin smoothness.
4. Eat A Balanced Diet
Eating a balanced diet and not changing your diet will be helpful. Balanced diets have the nutrients needed to keep your body healthy. Eating a balanced diet won’t necessarily stop vaginal odour; it will make the body absorb the nutrients it needs to make your system better. I’m eating a balanced diet.
